TEPOTZ currently ships only to physical residential or commercial street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other unsupported destinations.
Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Free Standard Shipping has an estimated carrier transit time of 3-5 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping has an estimated carrier transit time of 1-2 business days after dispatch and costs $12.99.
Estimated total order-to-delivery time is approximately 4-7 business days for Standard Shipping and 2-4 business days for Express Shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, address problems, public holidays, or other circumstances outside TEPOTZ's reasonable control.
TEPOTZ rechargeable electric shavers contain an internal lithium-ion battery and charge through USB-C. Customers should not ship a damaged, swollen, leaking, overheated, or otherwise unsafe battery product back without first contacting TEPOTZ for instructions.
